    Platinum Mortgage Securities (Vic) Ltd is associated to the Quantum Group of companies, which was established in 2001 as a specialist in mortgage-backed short term finance. The Group operates in niche market segments, offering short to medium term, property secured finance to borrowers that require funding for business or investment purposes.
    The Platinum First Mortgage Income Fund is a registered managed investment scheme for the purposes of Chapter 5C of the Corporations Act 2001. Platinum Mortgage Securities (Vic) Ltd, the Manager, is the Responsible Entity of the Fund. The Manager is the holder of an Australian financial services license No. 432787 issued by ASIC.

    The Manager’s principal responsibility is to conduct the business of the Fund in a proper and efficient manner and to comply with the Fund’s Constitution, Compliance Plan and the Corporations Act. The Manager’s role is to identify, hold and manage the Fund assets. Our responsibilities, powers and duties are set out in the Fund’s Constitution and Compliance Plan
