Marius joined the Quantum Credit Group in 2004 and is a Director of both Quantum and Platinum. Marius has responsibility for Scheme strategy, as well as legal and compliance matters.
Marius qualified as a solicitor in South Africa and he serviced the financial services industry as principal of a commercial law practice for eight years. Marius then co-founded and acted as CEO of a structured leasing business that was acquired in 2000 by Peregrine Holdings Ltd, a company listed in the financial services sector on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Following the acquisition, Marius served as the CEO of Peregrine Asset Finance Pty Ltd, a subsidiary within the Peregrine Group.
