John joined the Quantum Credit Group in 2011 and is a Director of Platinum. He is closely involved in strategy, sales, marketing and investor and borrower management.
John has almost 20 years’ experience in the banking industry, with particular focus on asset finance, and fleet finance and management. In South Africa he had executive responsibility for the leasing and fleet management businesses of Investec Bank, Lease Plan NV and Absa Vehicle and Asset Finance over 12 years. He was President of the SA Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association from 1998 to 2005. His banking industry experience provides him with a solid understanding of credit and the risk environment in banking generally. Moving to Australia in 2008, John co-founded and ran Plan One Vehicle Leasing, a Lease Plan Agency, until late 2009, when he was appointed a State General Manager of Solar Shop Australia.
John also holds a Certificate in Property Investment from Curtin University.
